All dimensions are external. The thickness of the one bed wall is about 2 inches, please take this into account when choosing a size, i.e. the internal size will be 2 inches smaller on each side.
Please note that this pet bed does not have a removable cover, the top linen fabric is sewn together with the filling inside. Only inner pillow has the removable outer cover with zipper YKK.

Their role is purely technical - to gently bind the hemp fibers together and increase elasticity, without affecting the natural properties of the product, providing comfort.
Natural hemp fibers tend to shrink over time, as they are natural plant fibers.
How to choose the size?
Before buying a bed, measure your dog in its favorite sleeping position. Pay attention to how your dog likes to sleep - stretched out or curled up. If the animal sleeps, stretched out sweetly, measure the distance from the head to the rump - with a margin for the paws. The larger the pet, the more spacious the sleeping place should be so that the pet can fully fit - from the tip of the nose to the tip of the tail.
If your pet likes to curl up, bury their nose, and burrow into pillows, you need to measure the dog in this position.

Care:
only insert pillow can be washed in a washing machine, it is better to remove the cover from the pillow and put it in the washing machine with the pillow (gentle washing up to 30 degrees Celsius). Cotton bed frame with hemp filler better to wash by hand or spot clean, as inside a lot of hemp fiber filler.
It is better to use organic liquid soap/powder or just water.
