Our products are created from unique hemp fiber filler and fabrics, in a completely manual process - from the moment the roll is unwound to the last seam. HempOrganicLife focus on small-batch production, environmentally friendly materials and attention to every detail. Hemp naturally breathes, regulates temperature and is gentle on sensitive skin. We use unbleached, environmentally friendly materials without aggressive chemicals, which makes each product both environmentally friendly and extremely comfortable. This is not just a thing - it is a conscious choice in favor of healthy sleep, naturalness and manual labor.
Can I castomize the size, color, disign or add embroidery of my item?
Yes, we do accept custom requests. Just send us a message with your idea or dimensions — we’ll be happy to discuss what’s possible. We are happy to bring your idea to life!
How do I care for my natural hemp-filled products?
We recommend gentle care to preserve the natural fibers. Hand wash or use a delicate machine cycle with cold or lukewarm water and mild detergent. Do not bleach. Gently reshape after washing and air dry flat or on a well-ventilated surface. Avoid tumble drying to maintain the quality and longevity of the hemp filling.
How do I care for my natural buckwheat hulls–filled products?
Buckwheat hulls should not be washed. Always remove the hull filling before cleaning the cover. Wash the cover separately using a gentle cycle with cold or lukewarm water and mild detergent. Do not bleach. Air dry completely before refilling. Keep the buckwheat hulls dry and store them in a well-ventilated place to maintain freshness and longevity.
Is your product treated with flame retardants?
No, our products are not treated with flame retardants or any chemical finishes. We use natural materials without harsh chemicals, preserving their natural properties and ensuring they are safe for everyday use.
Do your items look exactly like the pictures?
We do our best to accurately represent our products in photos. However, because each item is handmade and made from natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, and stitching may occur. These differences are a natural part of the product and make each piece unique.
Shipping / Returnes / Damages
What is the estimated delivery time?
As it is all handmade, your order will typically take 3-7 business days to be made and processed. Once shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are typically 7-21 business days. Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs or postal delays.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, we will send you tracking details. You can easily track your item’s journey to your home through the shipping carrier's website.
Can I return or exachange my purchase?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase you can easily return or exchange the product. You can find all the instructions in the relevant tab.
What if my item arrived damaged?
We are fully responsible for any damage during delivery. However, if the package is delivered damaged, please file a damage report with your postal carrier or provide us with a photo/video of the damaged package. Also, be careful when unpacking the package, do not use sharp objects to avoid damaging the product inside. We want you to be satisfied, in any case - contact us and we will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund - no problem.

How is it packaged for delivery?
We use reliable multi-layer packaging designed specifically for international shipping. We try to minimize the use of stretch film, but each item must be protected to prevent damage during transportation and exposure to moisture or other weather conditions. We hope for your understanding. Whether it's a blanket or a futon, your order arrives whole, undamaged and ready to impress.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Our products are made with sustainability in mind. We use eco-friendly finishes and materials, minimizing waste and emissions during production (we have a near-zero waste production process). In addition, our packaging is recyclable, further reducing our environmental impact.
