If you need to cover the entire length of a person's body, then you can purchase 2 mats 60 x 90 cm, then you will have a closed area of 60 x 180 cm.

Inside, there is a dense layer of pressed 100% organic hemp fiber. Hemp naturally breathes, regulates heat, and does not trap excess moisture — making it ideal for sauna and steam room environments.

The inner layer is covered with lightweight natural cotton.
The removable outer cover is made of 100% linen.

The linen cover features convenient hanging loops, so you can easily hang the mat to dry directly in the sauna after use. When needed, simply remove the cover and wash it.

After each use in the sauna - it is important to dry and ventilate well, because there is natural hemp fiber inside - it must be dry and ventilated.
Caring for the linen removable cover is simple: you need to remove the cover, turn inside out and fasten the zipper. Linen covers can be washed in a delicate mode washing up to 30 degrees Celsius.
It is better to use organic liquid soap/powder or just water.
Please note that the inner hemp cushion cannot be washed in a washing machine, as it contains 100% natural plant fibers, which can be damaged and severely compressed during washing. Such cushion can only be spot-washed by hand in dirty areas, then dried and aired well.
