Natural meditation set filled certified eco-frendly Buckwheat hulls in linen non-dyed fabric.
Can be used for meditation practices, and it can also be used just for sitting, tea ceremonies, or just as a decor element.Zafu is a round seat cushion used for meditation. The shape of the pillow allows you to sit comfortably cross-legged. By sitting on this special pillow your buttocks are higher than your knees, which are placed on the floor/ground/mattress. It helps you achieve the correct position for meditation.
Zabuton (buckwheat mat) offer the correct support for your muscular system to protect you from the muscle, joint and bone pain that are the result of incorrect body position during sleep and rest and sitting.

Buckwheat hull–filled products:
Remove the hull filling before washing the cover. Wash the cover separately on a gentle cold cycle. Keep hulls dry and store them in a well-ventilated place.
