The natural hemp sauna cushion is well ventilated and does not overheat due to its 100% natural origin, as hemp fiber filling "breathes" and natural linen helps to wick moisture away from the body when sitting.
Thickness near 1.5" inches (4 cm)
Composition:
Filler - 100% organic HEMP Fiber
Outer fabric - non-dyed natural 100% linen fabric
Cover - natural 100% linen fabric
HEMP - organic. It is completely waste-free product, environment and ecology do not cause any harmful effects.
Hemp is one of the most eco-conscious materials on the planet — it’s biodegradable, naturally hypoallergenic, and grown without pesticides.
Care:
Caring for the linen removable cover is simple: you need to remove the cover, turn inside out and fasten the zipper. Linen covers can be washed in a delicate mode washing up to 30 degrees Celsius.
It is better to use organic liquid soap/powder or just water.
Please note that the inner hemp cushion cannot be washed in a washing machine, as it contains 100% natural plant fibers, which can be damaged and severely compressed during washing. Such cushion can only be spot-washed by hand in dirty areas, then dried and aired well.

Hemp-filled products:
Hand wash or use a delicate cold cycle with mild detergent. Do not bleach. Gently reshape and air dry flat. Avoid tumble drying to maintain the integrity of natural fibers.
Buckwheat hull–filled products:
Remove the hull filling before washing the cover. Wash the cover separately on a gentle cold cycle. Keep hulls dry and store them in a well-ventilated place.
